elkaar verbonden zijn door een draad, en dat het mogelijk maakt om sneden te maken in het spijsverteringskanaal door de weefsels te comprimeren in plaats van ze in te snijden, wat een progressievere snede mogelijk maakt, beperkt het risico op perforatie.<\/span><\/p><p><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">Dit device kan zeldzame ziekten zoals diverticulum behandelen.<br \/><\/span><\/p><p><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">Dit project is het resultaat van een multidisciplinaire samenwerking tussen<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">de dients Beam (Bio, Electro en Mechanical Systems) van de Ecole Polytechnique de Bruxelles (ULB) <\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">de dienst van Gastro-enterologie van het Erasmus Ziekenhuis<\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">het Brussels Medical Devices Center (BMDC) en<\/span><\/li><li>de Champalimaud Foundation in Lissabon.<\/li><\/ul><p><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">Het werd gefinancierd door Innoviris en is momenteel op zoek naar partners om het CE-merk te bereiken.<\/span><\/p><p><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">Het toestel won de \u201c<em>Device of the Year<\/em>\u201d award op de
