Gilles Decroly est chercheur au sein du d\u00e9partement de BEAMS (Bio-Electro- and-Mechanical Systems) de l&rsquo;Ecole polytechnique de l&rsquo;ULB.. Le besoin exprim\u00e9 par l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe de m\u00e9decin est de pouvoir actionner des cath\u00e9ters, des tubes fins utilis\u00e9s en endoscopie. Les actionner offre la possibilit\u00e9 de plier et de diriger leur extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 dans les voies naturelles. Une solution innovante a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e et \u00e9tudi\u00e9e, et le projet est depuis soutenu par la Fondation Michel Cremer. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cela, un poster d\u00e9crivant les r\u00e9sultats prometteurs de la solution a pu \u00eatre d\u00e9fendu au 17\u00e8me National Day on Biomedical Engineering ce 30 novembre 2018 \u00e0 Bruxelles, et a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9compens\u00e9 par le 2nd Poster
