d\u00e9veloppement d&rsquo;un nouveau\u00a0dispositif permettant d&rsquo;appliquer du plasma froid au contact des muqueuses digestives entrainant l&rsquo;ablation de ces derni\u00e8res.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff; background-color: transparent; letter-spacing: 0px;\">L&rsquo;originalit\u00e9 de ce projet r\u00e9side dans le caract\u00e8re physico-chimique de cette nouvelle application m\u00e9dicale et son action induisant potentiellement une \u00ab\u00a0mort cellulaire programm\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Cette m\u00e9thode pourrait traiter les pathologies m\u00e9taboliques telles que le\u00a0diab\u00e8te de type 2, le \u00ab\u00a0foie gras\u00a0\u00bb ou encore des maladies telles que l&rsquo;\u0153sophage\u00a0de Barrett.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Les recherches portent d\u2019une part sur la mise au point du dispositif et d\u2019autre part sur l\u2019\u00e9tude en laboratoire des effets cellulaires et mol\u00e9culaires lorsque du plasma froid est appliqu\u00e9 sur le tissu digestif.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"background-color: transparent; letter-spacing: 0px;\">Gr\u00e2ce au mod\u00e8le\u00a0<\/span><em style=\"background-color: transparent; letter-spacing: 0px;\">ex vivo\u00a0<\/em><span style=\"background-color: transparent; letter-spacing: 0px;\">de cellules souches primaires sous la forme d<\/span><em style=\"background-color: transparent; letter-spacing: 0px;\">&lsquo;<\/em><span style=\"background-color: transparent; letter-spacing: 0px;\">organo\u00efdes qui reproduit les caract\u00e9ristiques physiologiques et g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques de l&rsquo;\u00e9pith\u00e9lium\u00a0intestinal,\u00a0l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe de chercheurs, a\u00a0\u00e9t\u00e9 capable\u00a0d&rsquo;\u00e9tudier en laboratoire les effets cellulaires et mol\u00e9culaires qui surviennent\u00a0lorsque le plasma froid est appliqu\u00e9 sur du tissu digestif.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Les r\u00e9sultats sont prometteurs et seront soumis pour publication dans les mois \u00e0 venir.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Ce projet illustre bien, la synergie entre la clinique, la\u00a0recherche appliqu\u00e9e et la\u00a0recherche m\u00e9dicale translationnelle.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"> Dans ce cadre, les chercheurs d<\/span><span style=\"color: #ffffff; background-color: transparent; letter-spacing: 0px;\">u projet PHENIX ont\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #ffffff; background-color: transparent; letter-spacing: 0px;\">d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un mod\u00e8le reproduisant les tissus humains et permettant d\u2019\u00e9tudier l\u2019intensit\u00e9 et l\u2019\u00e9tendue du traitement sans devoir recourir \u00e0 des tests sur les animaux.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff; background-color: transparent; letter-spacing: 0px;\">Ce mod\u00e8le a permis d\u2019optimiser l\u2019intensit\u00e9 du traitement plasma en \u00e9tudiant plusieurs param\u00e8tres tels que son flux ou ses param\u00e8tres \u00e9lectriques.<br \/>Ce d\u00e9veloppement a \u00e9galement men\u00e9 \u00e0 la publication d\u2019un article de revue de la litt\u00e9rature visant \u00e0 d\u00e9crire leur utilisation, les d\u00e9fis qui y sont li\u00e9s et les b<\/span><span style=\"color: #ffffff; background-color: transparent; letter-spacing: 0px;\">onnes pratiques.\u00a0<\/span><span I\u2019ing\u00e9nieur Fran\u00e7ois Huberland, le syst\u00e8me <b>MAGUS<\/b> (<b>MA<\/b>gnetic <b>G<\/b>astrointestinal <b>U<\/b>niversal <b>S<\/b>eptotome) a pour objectif de traiter par les voies naturelles des maladies rares comme le diverticule.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff; font-family: Helvetica; text-align: justify; background-color: transparent; letter-spacing: 0px;\">Sa recherche a d\u00e9bouch\u00e9 sur la r\u00e9alisation d&rsquo;un dispositif qui est compos\u00e9 de deux aimants reli\u00e9s par un fil, et qui permet de r\u00e9aliser des d\u00e9coupes dans le tube digestif, en comprimant les tissus au lieu de les inciser, ce qui r\u00e9alise une coupe plus progressive, limitant le risque de perforation.
