endoscopy, treat rare diseases, and share the latest advancements with the medical and scientific community.<\/h4><p>The vocation of the Michel Cremer Foundation is to develop and improve low risk therapeutic endoscopy. \u00a0A non-invasive medicine where the patient is not \u201copened\u201d, therapeutic endoscopy should be implemented through a close cooperation between physicians and engineers.<\/p><p>Primarily due to the lack of financing, we need help so we can sustain our work on this highly sophisticated method, which presents great advantages for the patient.<\/p><p>Our goals are to cure and treat diseases such as diabetes and morbid obesity, but also to prevent colon cancer. The authentic act is officially registered, and notary fees must be paid. As regard to the donation fees the Foundation, as a philanthropic organization, enjoys a preferential rate of 8.8% in Flanders, 7% in Wallonia and 12.5% in the Brussels Region.
